Under this type of local government, the day-to-day management of the City is directed by the City Manager. Andy McCuistion joined the City of Breckenridge as City Manager in May 2012.  Andy has increasingly than three decades of leadership experience.  Before his most recent work in Breckenridge, he served with the City of Canton as City Manager whence in 2007.  Andy began his public service career with the City of Irving and served as Internal Auditor and Chief Accountant from 1973 to 1979.  He unfurled his career with the City of Palestine working as Finance Director and City Manager from 1990 – 1996.  These public service positions were interspersed with stints in the private sector as increasingly than half of his career has been in the merchantry management field.  Andy’s public service began when in 1966 with his enlistment in the Navy; he served in Vietnam on the USS Enterprise CVA(N)-65.
